Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and order volume. Most orders arrive within 10–20 business days, but in some cases shipping may take longer due to customs clearance, international logistics, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. A shipping delay does not constitute non-delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Every order includes a tracking number. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear, especially for international shipments, as carriers need time to scan and update their systems. If your tracking number shows no updates for an extended period, please contact us at info@tryfurever.com and we will investigate for you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your order is shown as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with your local post office, carrier office, or neighbors who may have accepted the package on your behalf. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will replace or refund your order.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Shipping Delays and Chargebacks

All orders are shipped with tracking. Under Visa, Mastercard, and other card network regulations, chargebacks must have a valid reason. For example, “product not received” is only valid if an order was never shipped or confirmed delivered. A delay while your order is in transit does not qualify as non-delivery.

Because of this, you must contact us first at info@tryfurever.com if your order appears delayed or you are experiencing an issue. This allows us to investigate, provide updates, or issue a refund under our 90-day money-back guarantee. Customers are expected to act in good faith by giving us the opportunity to resolve the matter before filing a dispute.

If you file a chargeback without first emailing us an explanation of the problem, we have no way of helping you, which only delays resolution. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is considered misuse of the chargeback system. Customers who do so may face refund delays, denial of future purchases, and their accounts being flagged for fraudulent activity. Our store policies, along with carrier tracking details, may also be submitted as evidence to dispute invalid chargebacks with your bank.
